Bro. Shouse brings to us a lesson on enjoying the journey of life. We can become bogged down with things in life but with Christ we can have great joy and peace.

1. To find the joy in our journey, we need to release our baggage:
   1. Worry
   2. Bitterness
   3. Guilt
2. Celebrate your victories
3.  Remember your hope

Without Hope:

• Despair replaces joy
• Fear replaces faith
• Anxiety replaces prayer
• Doubt replaces confidence
