A look at Isaiah 40: 1-3, when God tells Isaiah in simple terms to "comfort my people". One way to be comforted is to be reminded of the end goal and to be reminded to not throw away the confidence which we have in Christ. We must have endurance to make it through tough times. In that manner, we will be rewarded with the crown of life, and enjoy our future in heaven.
